The risk for paediatric obstructive sleep apnoea in rural Queensland

Abstract Background The importance of assessing patients for paediatric obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) cannot be more highly stressed and orthodontists may play an essential role in risk screening. Paediatric Sleep Questionnaire (PSQ) is a validated tool to identify whether child at OSA. Objectives likelihood OSA school-aged children residing Far North Queensland (FNQ) will assessed using the PSQ. Methods Parents aged between 4 18 years were invited participate through schools social media messaging complete online PSQ questionnaire assess their demographics.
